Bathroom Case Study 2

The previous home owner had installed a lift to meet there requirements. No longer required by our client this was removed along with the supports from the outside wall. New underground drainage and a new soil stack were installed also serving a new bathroom upstairs.

10 inch torus skirting’s and new floor boards were laid and stained to match existing ones in other areas of the property. A low level toilet and wash hand basin was fitted. The sash window was restored and a column radiator was fitted to complete this traditional look.
